Montava is a planned traditional neighborhood development (TND) encompassing nearly 1,000 acres in northeast Fort Collins. The Master Plan includes a mix of residential, commercial and industrial uses, a Town Center, schools, parks, open space areas, trails and a 40-acre organic farm. As an agri-urban development focused around the planned Town Center and the Farm, Montava will help to fulfill the long-term vision for the future of Fort Collins’ Mountain Vista Subarea. As a local liaison, BHA has collaborated with Master Planner DPZ, a global leader in New Urbanist planning and Traditional Neighborhood Design.
