Evert Pierson Fishing Pond was originally a gravel pit and was established as a kids fishing pond in 1949 by the Boulder Fish and Game Club.  Unfortunately the pond was damaged during the 2013 flooding event which decimated the vegetation and filled the pond with sediment.

BHA provided landscape architecture services as part of a rehabilitation and enhancement project. Key features included improved water circulation, enhanced fish habitat, new fishing docks, and trail connections.
